• You can expect your order to be delivered within 7-10 working days.
• While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases via email.
• If you feel the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery.Call us at 90414-00054 or Contact Us with your order number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
• Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Cancellation Policy 

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Order processing is done at 1 pm every day for all the orders received before the cut off time. You can cancel your orders by sending an email to ranaphulkari@gmail.com with subject line “Order Cancellation” along with providing your order number. Any amount already paid to us will be refunded back to you through account.An average of 15 working days or more are required to process your refund.

Does RanaPhulkari.com Ship Internationally?

Yes we deliver internationally, however shipping charges are applied and informed to you before sending the product.

We are happy to announce that we have started shipping our products Internationally.

• The shipping charges are calculated based on the number of products, weight and destination country.
• Upon payment of the base product these shipping charges are communicated to you via email within next 24 hours. The product is shipped as soon as the remaining payment is done via credit card or PayPal Account Transfer.
• We do not charge custom duty upfront: However, if in-case, your country charges custom duty, then the same will be charged to you by the courier company based on actual.
• You will be sent a confirmation email along with tracking no of the shipment. The usual time of delivery outside India is 10-20days.
• If you wish to return your product we will be assisting you with that. Please send an email to bonorganik@gmail.com. However the Shipping charges are Non –Refundable.
